Refund policy

Online policy: 

Online only purchases can be Exchanged or Returned within 20 days of delivery. 

All Online Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We can only process exchanges and refunds on items that have been approved prior to the customer shipping the item.

A Return Authorization number (RA#) will be issued.

Please write the RA# on the outside of the shipped packaging and NOT on the
original shoe box.

In-store policy:

No Refunds for in-store purchases. Only exchanges within 7 days or in-store credit is issued. 

PLEASE NOTE:

We only ship to CANADA.

We do not ship to USA, Europe.

Exchanged or Returned items must be in original packaging, with tags still on , including its original shoe box.

FINAL SALE items: NO Refund & NO Exchange 

Exchanged or Returned items , must not be worn, or have visible signs of wear or use or damage.

Any item shipped back to the customer, will be charged the usual shipping rate.

We are not responsible for the loss or damage of return shipments. Any returned or exchanged item shipped be paid at customer cost.

Once returned item is received and approved, Refund of the item price only will be applied within 3-5 business days.
